SHIRODHARA

- Shirodhara, the royal anointing of the forehead, is probably one of the most well-known treatments from the Indian Ayurveda. The essence from herb oils kept at a moderate temperature is poured in a skillfully controlled, thin jet over the forehead (“third eye”) and induces an unusually deep relaxation. The resulting internal peace and harmony activate resources produced naturally by the body, which has a healing effect particularly with neurovegetative disturbances and states of exhaustion. It is an ayurvedic practice which stimulates the brain cells and engenders a calm, relaxed meeting of one's own feelings and the sense of deep security.
PINDA SVEDA

- This massage is done with hot stamps filled with selected herbs and rice, warmed up with steam. Stimulates the blood circulation, the cell regeneration and purifies and rejuvenates the body. Gives power and energy, improves the flexibility of the whole body. Finishes with a wonderful steam bath.
BASTI
Retention of oil

- This treatment can be given to different areas of the body: A moulded dough (made of water and special flours) is placed over the problem area and selected medicated herbal oils are carefully poured inside. Held for a specific time, the practice of this type of Basti has a therapeutic effect in cases of degeneration, inflammations, spasming and seized muscles, stiffness of the lower back area, intestinal and cardiac troubles etc. Different names of Basti are employed depending on the use on the area of the body: Udara basti - abdomen, Kati basti - back, Hrid ouro basti - heart, Netra basti - eyes, Janu basti - knees, Shiro basti - head, Greeva basti - neck.
UDVARTANA
Massage with powders

- Drains and reactivates the metabolism. Treatment in which vegetal powders are warmed up. The massage is dynamic and powerful with a peeling effect and gives warmth and energy.
BODY SCRUB

- The fresh exotic ritual which revives body and spirit, softens, purifies, embellish and smoothes the skin. Starts with a footbath with essential oils followed by a body and face massage with coconut oil, then a mask is applied and ends with a relaxing bath.
NETTLE AND SEAWEED BANDAGES

- A massage followed by a Fucus Algae wrap with draining and smoothing properties. Through the bandage enriched with thermal salts and a nettle decoction, the connective tissue is purified and reinforced.
